The Rock at Saratoga

I've been a longtime member of Airbnb and used the app all over the world. I can easily say that this brother and sister tandem is one of the TOP 3 BEST HOSTS we've stayed WITH ever. Super responsive. Very flexible. Very honest. Very reasonable, caring people. We will definitely be return guests as our daughter just started at Skidmore nearby. I have zero negative comments. They were transparent about everything from the start. An absolute DREAM of a Host! The place is also a dream! It's amazingly decorated and done. Very homey. Just divine. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE. My family had a great stay at Fire! The unit is beautifully decorated to match the Fire theme, with extremely comfortable beds, nice linens and a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is one unit in a larger home, but we did not have any interaction with other guests and each unit has a completely private entrance. We loved being able to walk into town and walk along Broadway to the Skidmore campus. The house has a nice yard and each unit has a large private deck. Hosts were responsive and easy to reach when needed. we would love to come back for a visit during track season!

Ben has done a great job with his piece of Saratoga Springs, such a perfect spot! Amazing location, thoughtfully furnished unit, comfy beds and the perfect spot to rest after a show at SPAC. Within walking distance to town and many great amenities. Very accommodating and thoughtful host. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is an absolutely beautiful place with everything we needed! Extremely clean, very comfortable beds, host is amazing! Easy walk to town and we enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood looking at the beautiful homes! Cannot emphasize enough what a great place this is! We will certainly be back!

Ben was a great host to a beautiful property and extremely responsive throughout. The property was nicer than the pictures and just a few minutes walking to town. Hope to be back next year!

This place was a great place for a fun weekend in Saratoga. It is within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do and it is a fun place to come back to. I would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Saratoga.

Our stay at Ben’s Water condo was amazing. The location, very well appointed amenities and themed decor were perfect. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were close enough to walk to restaurants and stores and the neighborhood around Skidmore was both quiet and beautiful. Parking nearby was very easy as well. We enjoyed the large deck/yard area too. Ben was a great host and made check in and out a breeze. Rachel ‘s timely responses to our questions were much appreciated. We hope to return next year and highly recommend this space for a relaxing and fun stay in Saratoga Springs.

Wow….pictures were completely spot on! House was super comfortable, exterior and interior house is quaint and Ben made the entire process beginning to end easy as can be. Felt as though we were the first guests to ever stay in the place. Comfortable beds, great AC, bright and sunny, super clean and conveniently close to town and just as convenient in the opposite direction the surrounding stores & markets. Easy parking directly in front of the house. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again next time we’re in town.

Stayed at Ben’s place for a few days of Saratoga racing. Great communication - proactive, clear and responsive. Awesome location close to town and about a mile from the track. Very easy to get to everything. The house was immaculate. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of space to relax, inside and on the deck. Will definitely look to stay at Ben’s place again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Saratoga! It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The space was so nice and inviting. Our group had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Bens place.
