We are also a brief walk away from a farmers market, so you can cook a gourmet, locally sourced meal in your chef-ready kitchen during your stay.

Ben has done a great job with his piece of Saratoga Springs, such a perfect spot! Amazing location, thoughtfully furnished unit, comfy beds and the perfect spot to rest after a show at SPAC. Within walking distance to town and many great amenities. Very accommodating and thoughtful host. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Ben’s Water condo was amazing. The location, very well appointed amenities and themed decor were perfect. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were close enough to walk to restaurants and stores and the neighborhood around Skidmore was both quiet and beautiful. Parking nearby was very easy as well. We enjoyed the large deck/yard area too. Ben was a great host and made check in and out a breeze. Rachel ‘s timely responses to our questions were much appreciated. We hope to return next year and highly recommend this space for a relaxing and fun stay in Saratoga Springs.

Stayed at Ben’s place for a few days of Saratoga racing. Great communication - proactive, clear and responsive. Awesome location close to town and about a mile from the track. Very easy to get to everything. The house was immaculate. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of space to relax, inside and on the deck. Will definitely look to stay at Ben’s place again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway to Saratoga! It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The space was so nice and inviting. Our group had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Bens place.

As we entered the front door, our jaws literally dropped as we were welcomed by gorgeous unique water structures and our jaws remained dropped while exploring the entire pristine, thoughtfully decorated unit. The hosts had everything we needed and more—in the most comfortable, elegant, relaxing (and convenient!) setting. They we’re responsive and attentive. Minutes walking to delicious restaurants and shopping, and we actually walked back from SPAC after both shows (a bit of a hike but doable!). This place exceeded our expectations and we would return in a heartbeat!

Best Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed at! Ben is an exceptional host - he communicates very well and is so friendly, even checking in on us throughout our stay, making sure all was going well and asking if we needed anything! We were visiting from North Carolina for my sons wedding and his beautiful, spacious and spotless home was truly a home away from home experience. Ben’s house was so much bigger than we expected! Everything was updated and well furnished. I stayed with three couples and it was really nice that everyone had a king size bed and their own bathroom. It was extremely clean and had a lovely deck and yard. We were in town for a wedding and wish we could have spent more time at this place!

This is easily the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in - felt like a luxury hotel! The space is beautifully decorated and spotless. It has everything you could possibly need including a fully stocked kitchen and the best towels, bedding and bath products. It is very spacious and 5 adults were very comfortable there. The house is in a great location in a beautiful and safe neighborhood just a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping. Ben was very communicative before and during our stay and check in was a breeze. There are other connected units however we did not hear or see any other guests during our stay and it felt very private. There is plenty of private outdoor space as well including a deck and an area with Adirondack chairs. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend!!! We wish we could have extended our stay. Such a beautiful rental. The details we received from Ben prior to check in made our visit flawless. The interior was so cozy and the beds were very comfortable. With three full baths there was plenty of space for our six guests. The location is perfect and we were able to walk to and from town. We cannot wait to visit again!
